Program Overview
- Work Sessions: Participate in three interactive sessions per week focused on refining your business strategy, enhancing your product, and tackling key challenges.
- Pitch Practice: Engage in regular pitching exercises designed to improve your communication, storytelling, and ability to attract investors, customers, and strategic partners.
- Elimination Rounds: There will be two elimination rounds in Week 5-6 and Week 11-12. Teams that actively participate and consistently meet deliverables, milestones, and progress requirements will advance beyond each round. These rounds serve to ensure only high-potential teams continue to the next stages.

You will gain the tools to define and refine the vision of your project, ensuring you can clearly communicate your unique value proposition to users, investors, and stakeholders.
Problem Exploration
You will learn how to identify, validate, and prioritize problems through user research and market analysis. You will explore user pain points and uncover opportunities for innovative solutions.
Solution Exploration
You will be guided in exploring and validating solutions that address real user needs. You will learn how to build prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to achieve product-market fit.
Technical Execution
You will be shown how to manage technical execution effectively, from MVP development to project management. You will gain practical knowledge to deliver products on time while maintaining quality and scalability.
Financial Projections
You will acquire the skills to create financial models that forecast revenue, costs, and cash flow. You will develop financial projections that demonstrate your business’s viability and attract investor confidence.
Go-To-Market Strategy
You will learn how to create and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to your product. You’ll develop customer acquisition strategies, target the right markets, and drive growth through effective marketing and partnerships.
Corporate Governance
You will gain a strong understanding of corporate governance, including how to structure your organization, maintain legal compliance, and create systems for accountability and effective decision-making.
Investor Relations
You will be shown how to build and maintain strong relationships with investors. You will learn to craft compelling pitch decks, deliver updates, and manage fundraising efforts with confidence.

Entry criteria
Innovative Ideas The project should present a strong, innovative idea or use case in Onchain, showcasing originality and potential for impact.
Working Minimum Viable Product (MVP): The project should have a functional MVP showcasing core features, even if in the early stages of development.
Team Composition: A dedicated core team with relevant technical and business expertise is required. Teams with diverse skill sets will be prioritized.
In-Person Availability: At least one core team member must be available to represent the project during the 2-week in-person Founders Summit.
Commitment to Participation: Teams must be committed to attending all virtual and in-person sessions and actively engaging in workshops, mentorship, and collaborative activities.
